•An initial Foundation Session of approximately 90 minutes. During this time, we will work together to clarify your primary focus areas and desired outcomes and create your Custom Coaching Plan. This will then guide our journey and ensure that we are making the best use of our sessions.
•Three coaching conversations per month, for six months. These conversations are usually 50 minutes, but it is a good idea to hold 60 minutes open so we have the option for additional time if needed.
•Unlimited direct access to me via Voxer between sessions, so you always have a sounding board at hand.
•Access to private client portal with select tools, assessments and activities curated specifically for you.
•Thoughtfully co-created actions, practices, and/or resources between sessions, to ensure you get lasting results.
•My favorite resources and support to connect you with the experts, facilitators, and programs you might desire after working together.
I am thoroughly committed to each client with whom I work. Each client-coach relationship is bespoke and carefully crafted based on the client's individual needs. I gift all potential clients a complimentary coaching session, so that we can get a sense for working together, and make sure that we are a good fit. If so, it will be obvious and the magic will begin!

How it Works
My mission is to guide you on a journey towards growth and positive transformation in alignment with your core values, strengths, identity and purpose. Whether you who feel empty, unsatisfied and stuck, or are facing choices and transitions, I firmly believe that you already have the answers within yourself. My role is to unlock them and enable you to help yourself.
In our sessions, I providing a safe, empowering space for you to reconnect to your individual truth, embrace your unique potential, and gain clarity on how to move forward with purpose, and intentionality. My practice is grounded in both positive psychology and acceptance—my mindset is optimistic, curious, flexible, and nonjudgemental. Your journey is exploratory and unique, and you guide the direction of our sessions. As you experience breakthroughs, I use various tools and resources to support you in transitioning these breakthroughs from insights to personal transformation.
